From the South - Take Junction 8 off the M40 towards Oxford. At the roundabout take first exit to A4142 (ring road), continuing northbound onto A34. Come off at the Botley Interchange and turn left by McDonald's. Turn right into Ferry Hinksey Road after approx 1/2mile. At the mini roundabout turn left. The King's Centre is on your left, a large blue building.
From the North - Take junction 9 off the M40 and follow the A34 until Botley Interchange. Proceed as above.
Green Travel Policy
KTC is situated in The King’s Centre, which has excellent access by public transport. The College complies with the Centre’s commitment to help reduce traffic congestion in the city at peak travel times by lowering the number of car movements on and off the estate where the Centre is. As such, the college adheres to The King’s Centre’s Green Travel Plan (GTP), set out in partnership with Oxford City Council.
Our intent is to reduce the environmental impact of our travel demands on God’s creation through raising travel awareness amongst employees, students and visitors through encouraging environmentally-conscious travel behaviour.
We encourage you to walk, cycle and take the bus rather than to drive onto the estate where possible.
Oxford rail station is 10-15 minutes walk from The King’s centre, and Oxford coach station is 15-20 minutes walk. The nearest bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk along the Thames towpath from The King’s Centre.
The Centre can be accessed by the riverside walk from Folly Bridge, Osney Island or the railway station.
